Cannon Shot Replica
- Världens minsta flygplan i mitten av 70-talet

Hösten och vintern närmar sig med stora steg, likaså de trevliga inomhusflygningarna. :)
Efter ett långt uppehåll i verkstaden både för pappas och min del, har jag nu fått en riktig nytändning!

Tänkte lyxa till det lite i vinter och bygga ett inomhusflygplan i traditionell stil, d.v.s. flygkropp & vingar uppbyggda i balsa samt klädda med beklädnadsfilm.
Jag visste redan från början att jag ville efterlikna pappas "Max" (flygmodell: Cannon Shot) som han byggde på 70-talet och som då var världens minsta RC-flygplan.
Tyvärr åkte i princip alla hans gamla hobbytidningar till returdepån får några år sedan, efter att han hade gått och kånkat och flyttat på dem i snart 30 år.

Jag har letat på nätet efter ritningar, men det har enbart resulterat i bortkastad tid. Så vi blev helt enkelt tvungna att under byggets gång rita av "Max" och på så sätt göra våra egna ritningar.
Bygget påbörjades redan i vintras men svalnade sedan av för att bli liggande i ett skåp tills nu ( ja, flyget får plats i ett skåp :wink:).
Men nu är tanken att bygga klart flyget passligt till dess att inomhusflygningarna tar fart på riktigt!

Se på tusan! Skoj med scratch-byggen.
Undras om inte någon på www.rcflyg.se (RCFF) eller SMFF skulle känna till skisser/ritningar.
Där hänger en hel del folk som nog har pysslat med flyg sedan de flög utan de moderna eter-motorerna. ;-)

Nästa steg i produktionen var att göra "pricken över i" på flygkroppen!
Betydligt mera arbete än vad man kanske skulle kunna tro med en sådan ...

Tack för fina kommentarer! :D Det är nog något speciellt med scratch-byggen. Det blir sån feeling i det hela ...
Nu väntar jag på beklädnadsmaterial, motor, servon etc., tills det står bygget stilla ett tag nu.

Den är färdig! :D Ska givetvis redogöra för bygget och premiärturen här, har bara inte haft tid ännu ...
Slutresultatet blev lyckat, men en del finjusteringar behövs ännu innan den flyger helt rent. :)
